Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. They must be returned in our original, protective packaging to ensure your return arrives safe and sound. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.
Please email us at customercare@ellieandbecks.co to initiate the return and include your full name and order number in your inquiry.
Some important information to take note when sending back a return:
- Returned items must be in their original condition.
- Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are deducted from the refund. In addition, a flat fee of $100 will be deducted for the return of bulky items.
- Once we process your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original form of payment.
- Returns are accepted on any items that are not marked as Final Sale and are returned within 30 days of receipt.
