Shipping & Returns

FREE SHIPPING

Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States for purchases over $100 (after all discounts or promotions are applied, excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Some oversized items are excluded from free shipping and will be noted in the product details. Shipping is then calculated based on weight and distance from our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping to Canada via our Canadian site. Please go to www.ellieandbecks.ca to shop.  All orders are shipped from our Calgary warehouse.

For all other countries, we apologize that we do not offer shipping options at this time.

SHIP TIME

We process and ship all in stock items within 1-3 business days with standard ground shipping. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Ground shipping typically takes 2-5 business days depending on location.

For pre-order items, please check the product page for estimated in-stock date. Orders will then ship approximately within 7 business days from our in-stock date.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Ellie & Becks Co. does not assume responsibility for orders submitted with incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice an error and your order has not yet been shipped, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@ellieandbecks.co.

MISSING OR LOST ORDERS

Ellie & Becks Co. is not responsible for missing or lost packages due to courier error. We will however work as hard as we can with you to recover the package and file the necessary claims. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer is responsible for re-shipment charges.

CANCELLATIONS

If your order has not been shipped, you may request to cancel items from your order until they begin processing. Please reach out to us at customercare@ellieandbeck.co as soon as possible with your name and order number. Please note, that once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. They must be returned in our original, protective packaging to ensure your return arrives safe and sound. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.

Please email us at customercare@ellieandbecks.co to initiate the return and include your full name and order number in your inquiry.

Some important information to take note when sending back a return:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition. 
  • Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable In addition, a flat fee of $100 will be deducted for the return of bulky items. 
  • Once we process your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original form of payment. 
  • Returns are accepted on any items that are not marked as Final Sale and are returned within 30 days of receipt.
