STANDARD SHIPPING:
Standard shipping is calculated based on order weight and distance from our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (see below).
Orders that contain multiple items may ship from different locations; you will receive an email with tracking once each item ships.
FREE SHIPPING (DISCONTINUED):
Due to the deep discounts currently available as part of our last chance sale, we no longer offer free domestic ground shipping on any orders.

Oversize flat rate shipping return rate charges apply to the bulky items stated below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer shipping to Canada, rates are estimated at checkout based on item weight and size. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to bulky items. If applicable, we will reach out to confirm additional shipping charges are approved with you before processing your order.

SHIP TIME:

We process and ship all in-stock items within 1-3 business days with standard ground shipping. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Ground shipping typically takes 2-5 business days depending on location.
When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. This means that unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot alter or change it.
For pre-order items, please check the product page for estimated in-stock date. Please note this is an estimate only, and are subject to change in the event of freight delays. Once the shipment arrives to our warehouse, pre-orders are processed within 5-7 days.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Ellie & Becks Co. does not assume responsibility for orders submitted with incorrect shipping addresses. If you notice an error and your order has not yet been shipped, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@ellieandbecks.co.
Additional change fees may be incurred if shipment is already en route.
MISSING OR LOST ORDERS:
Ellie & Becks Co. is not responsible for missing or lost packages due to courier error. We will however work as hard as we can with you to recover the package and file the necessary claims. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer is responsible for re-shipment charges.
CANCELLATIONS:
If your order has not been shipped, you may request to cancel items from your order until they begin processing. Please reach out to us at customercare@ellieandbecks.co as soon as possible with your name and order number. Please note, that once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel your order but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURNS:
As of 7/1/2024 all items are final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
For items purchased before 7/1/24:
Please email us at customercare@ellieandbecks.co to initiate the return and include your full name and order number in your inquiry.
Some important information to take note when sending back a return:
- Returned items must be in their original condition.
- Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable. In addition, a flat fee of $100 will be deducted for the return of bulky items.
- Once we process your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original form of payment.
- Returns are accepted on any items that are not marked as Final Sale and are returned within 30 days of receipt.
