Received an email attempting to charge me more for shipping than the product, days AFTER my order was placed and paid for. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hi Jessica! First of all, thank you for your order -- we hope you are loving the Beckett Doll Highchair even if you weren't 100% satisfied with the experience. As we explained when we emailed you, we do note in our Shipping & Returns section that "Additional shipping charges may apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories." When we can, we ship items to those locations at no additional cost but for larger items like the rattan pieces we have to charge additional shipping (or refund the item). We did not charge additional shipping for the smaller item in your order, but delivery to Hawaii for the larger pieces you ordered would require additional shipping or, as in your case, shipping to a location in the contiguous U.S. We're always working to make things as clear as possible and we thank you for your feedback!
