Dissapointed

I love the idea of the rack, however, I was dissapointed upon arrival. As soon as I opened the box, there was a strong smell of paint. The reason why I had chosen this rack was because the description states it’s made of natural planet friendly materials. However, the rack appears to be made of something like bamboo but was painted on top. I do not feel safe exposing my child to the smell and residue chemicals from the paint. The quality was not what I expected. Very dissapointed from this brand.

This was very expensive and for it to not even hold up, is insane to me. It leans to the side on a slant for some reason, no matter how I try to fix it. My kids are very gentle and take good care of things. I have to stick it in the corner to keep it upright which is opposite of where I wanted it, It’s adorable but this isn’t worth the money.

Perfect rack

I love how the rack is a perfect height for my 2 year old! She finds a dress from the rack everyday to wear. Not only that, but I experienced the best customer service ever from here. They’re so accommodating and sweet! Thank you! We love it.
