Store Closing FAQs

It's been an amazing few years growing our brand. It's also been challenging few years as a small business to keep up with the rise in production and materials costs, and the ever-changing state of the economy. Now that our kids are older, we've decided to take a step back to enjoy more time with them. This was a tough decision as we've formed such amazing relationships with our customers and production partners. Thank you all for supporting us and trusing in our brand, and allowing us to carve out such a meaningful space for our family, and hopefully yours, along the way. 

Closeout Sales

When are you closing?

We plan to close by April 15th. This is tentative as we'll remain open until all pre-orders have been shipped and all inventory is sold through.

Are you still re-stocking items?

Yes and no. Some items are already in final production, which are being sold as pre-order.You can view the list of those products here. Anything that is listed as sold out on the site will not be re-stocked. 

Are you liquidating everything now?

We have some items already being liquidated, but will not fully liquidate our stock until the end of March. You can shop final sale items here.

Are you selling your brand?

We don't currently have plans to sell, but are open to inquiries from buyers who have experience in the children's or furniture industry.

Returns & Exchanges

Are you still accepting returns & exchanges?

We are still accepting returns on un-damaged items through February 28th. Items must be in their original condition, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We accept returns on damaged or defective items until we close on April 15th. We'll accept exchanges through March 15th - the customer is responsible for return shipping as well as additional shipping costs for exchanged item.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Due to high shipping fees we do not offer international shipping.

Pre-orders

Why are you still taking pre-orders?

Pre-orders are for items that are already in production. As our pieces are handcrafted, they take 8 weeks to produce. These are our last batch of products. You can get more information about pre-orders and see the arrival schedule here.

What if you close before the pre-orders arrive?

Our site will remain open until we sell through all inventory, and ship all orders. We'll still be available for all customer service issues until every order has been received. We'll send emails out with important dates so you're always updated. You can reach us at customercare@ellieandbecks.co

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel your preorder anytime before it arrives to our warehouse for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will receive a refund less the amount of return shipping and any fees associated with returning it to our warehouse.
